Sales Reporting AnalystLocation: Minneapolis, MN, US Job Family: Commercial Support Country/Region: United States In this role, you will serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for revenue and sales data received from third-party dealers and distributors that sell and distribute Coloplast Chronic Care products. You will be responsible for the collection, validation, governance, analysis, and reporting of dealer-reported sales data, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of a critical revenue data asset used across the organization. You will lead efforts to identify issues within dealer sales data, investigate root causes, make recommendations to resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions. As the organization's central resource for dealer revenue reporting, you will serve as the primary point of contact for questions, analyses, meetings, and cross-functional discussions related to dealer sales performance, revenue reporting methodologies, and data quality. To be successful in this role, you must be able to synthesize large volumes of information and translate it into easy-to-understand business insights, possess strong stakeholder and project management skills, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes, strengthen data governance, and drive business value through trusted sales and revenue reporting.Major Areas of AccountabilityOwn the collection, validation, governance, and reporting of revenue and sales data received from third-party dealers and distributors supporting the Chronic Care business.Serve as the designated subject matter expert (SME) for dealer sales and revenue data, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Operations, and North America Leadership.Act as the primary point of contact for questions, analyses, investigations, and escalations regarding dealer sales reporting, revenue performance, and associated business metrics.Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings related to dealer-reported sales performance, data integrity, reporting methodologies, and revenue trends.Develop and execute standard and ad-hoc reports for Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and North America Leadership teams around product, customer, revenue, and general business performance.Execute quarterly and monthly KPI performance reporting for North America and corporate leadership.Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies through analytical review, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Provide insights on data issues through ad-hoc analyses and recommendations for process improvements.Establish, document, and maintain reporting standards, business rules, and governance processes related to dealer sales and revenue data.Partner with global and local IT teams to develop and test reports, tools, data integrations, and system enhancements.Provide support and guidance with data processing to develop sustainable processes and strengthen data governance.Lead efforts to educate business stakeholders on reporting methodologies, data definitions, and internal processes to build confidence in reported sales and revenue data.Provide analytical support on ad-hoc requests and strategic projects.Coloplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.Other job duties as assigned.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field required.Demonstrated advanced-level proficiency and accuracy in data analysis.Previous experience working with advanced analytics.Prior experience presenting information resulting from data analysis to a variety of stakeholders.Experience with Power Query and Power BI.Demonstrated fluency in SQL, including the ability to write, modify, and troubleshoot queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform products (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy to meet deadlines.Strong analytical, investigative, and documentation skills.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts and reporting methodologies to technical and non-technical audiences.Self-motivated and high-energy personality thriving in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity.Preferred QualificationsMaster of Business Administration (MBA).Experience serving as a data owner, business lead, or subject matter expert for business-critical reporting processes.Experience working with indirect sales channels, distributors, dealer networks, syndicated sales data, or revenue reporting environments.Experience with data governance, master data management, data quality, or reconciliation processes.At Coloplast, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the contributions of our employees.
