Key member of the Energy F&BO Leadership team supporting the next phase of growth for two of Leidos Energy's core divisions — Digital Grid & Energy Solutions and Utility & Project Solutions — representing over $400M in combined annual revenue. As Senior Manager, Finance & Business Operations, you will serve as a trusted finance and business operations partner to the division leadership teams, reporting directly to the Vice President & CFO, Energy. The Digital Grid & Energy Solutions and Utility & Project Solutions divisions deliver core commercial services including utility energy efficiency program design and implementation; digital utility services; communication system engineering; and project management across a broad range of energy-related projects.This role is well suited to a finance and operations professional with commercial project-based experience who wants to grow into a broader business-partnering role within a fast-growing commercial energy business.This role blends strong analytical and financial rigor with hands-on business partnering — someone who can work closely with Division Managers on forecasting, pricing support, and key financial metrics, while contributing to a modern, analytics- and AI-enabled Finance & Business Operations function.Reporting RelationshipThis role reports directly to the Vice President & CFO, Energy, and serves as a finance and business operations partner to the leadership of the Digital Grid & Energy Solutions and Utility & Project Solutions divisions.
