Senior Siebel Developer

Job Summary:

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for translating technical system specifications into functional, tested applications with a focus on Siebel development and integration. This role requires extensive experience in Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration, as well as expertise in report development and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position is onsite with a standard weekday schedule. Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed programming specifications and write or generate code for data-driven programs.
• Maintain and conduct unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software use and operation.
• Provide technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migration activities.
• Configure and develop Siebel components including Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, and Business Layer objects.
• Edit Siebel Web Templates and use Siebel Tools Software.
• Work with Siebel Open UI architecture, classes, methods, and UI integrations.
• Administer Siebel Approval Manager and configure Siebel migration applications.
• Develop reports using OBIEE and PowerBI, and work with HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams and contribute to large team efforts.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and other platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 focusing on configuration and development.
• Experience with Siebel Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, and related Business Layer objects.
• Proficiency with Siebel Tools and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Experience using Siebel Open UI classes, methods, architecture, and UI integration techniques.
• Siebel 8.x or above certification.
• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner Management, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService.
• Experience with Grants Management.
• Experience with Open UI concepts including Presentation Model, Physical Model, Manifest files, and Mapping files.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments under pressure and tight deadlines.

Special Considerations:

• Position requires working onsite at the designated office location.
• Must be able to work 7.25 hours per day within standard business hours.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Scheduling:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks), 7.25 hours per calendar day.
• Onsite work required for 5 days per week.
