Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established standards
• Monitor and document patient health and progress
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Assist with patient assessments and interventions
• Educate patients and families regarding care procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
