Temporary Forklift Operator / Laborer (1-Month Assignment)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $20/hour

Position Type: Temporary (approximately 1 month)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a short-term, temporary position. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, including hands-on labor and forklift operation. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Stack, reorganize, and move formwork materials
Assist with general yard and warehouse labor tasks
Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport pallets safely
Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Support team members with material handling and setup as needed

Requirements

Ability to operate a forklift safely (experience preferred)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors and indoors
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Strong attention to safety and detail

Job Details

Duration: Approximately 1 month
Schedule: Full-time (schedule details provided upon hire)
Pay: $20/hour
