HR System Solution Architect- Workday

CO Salary Range: USD 55,000.00 - 119,600.00 per year Position Overview As a Solution Architect within PNC's Human Resources Information Systems organization, you will be based in one of several U.S. locations and serve as the subject matter expert for a Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning). The role supports configuration and execution within Workday to align with the organization’s strategic priorities and business objectives. Job Profile Locations include Columbus or Cleveland, OH; Houston or Dallas, TX; Downers Grove or Chicago, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; East Brunswick, NJ; or Birmingham, AL. Key Responsibilities Serve as SME for one of the Workday modules (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning). Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and prioritize work efforts within the area of support. Coordinate work efforts with stakeholders and assigned resources. Identify new functionality and enhancements that support stakeholder and organizational priorities and objectives. Remain current on Workday updates, including new features and changes to existing functionality. Experience At least 3 years of experience configuring and supporting at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning). At least 3 years of hands‑on Workday configuration experience required. Experience with Workday system administration, data collection and reporting procedures. Qualifications Strong analytical, design, and implementation skills for HRIS platforms. Consultation experience on evaluation, design, and analysis of HRIS systems. Proficiency in reviewing data input, output, and reports for accuracy. Ability to provide end‑user support and coordinate with other HR functions. Knowledge of customer‑focused service and risk management aligned with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Must meet the educational requirement of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
