Nurse Manager – Neuro ICULocation: Delray Beach, Florida Schedule: Full-Time, DaysCompensation & Benefits Salary range: approximately $120,000 – $155,000 annually, depending on experienceSign-on bonus available (up to $15,000 for qualified candidates)Full-time leadership role with comprehensive benefitsRelocation assistance may be availableAbout the OpportunityStar Nursing is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Neuro ICU to lead a high-acuity critical care unit.This role provides both clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while supporting staff development, compliance, and performance outcomes.Position SummaryThe Nurse Manager collaborates with senior leadership to oversee the Neuro ICU, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care delivery. This role maintains 24-hour accountability for the unit and supports both administrative and clinical functions.Primary ResponsibilitiesClinical & Operational LeadershipOversee daily operations of the Neuro ICUEnsure delivery of safe, high-quality patient careMaintain compliance with hospital, state, federal, and Joint Commission standardsStaff Management & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop nursing staffProvide education based on clinical and leadership expertiseSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retentionQuality & Performance ImprovementMonitor patient outcomes and implement improvementsSupport quality initiatives and regulatory readinessEnsure adherence to evidence-based practicesCollaborationPartner with Administrative Director and hospital leadershipParticipate in committees and interdisciplinary initiativesSupport continuity of care across departmentsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent experience)Active Florida RN licenseMinimum 2 years clinical experience in ICU or related specialtyMinimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experienceWorking knowledge of quality improvement and Joint Commission standardsCertifications Required: BLS (AHA)ACLSPreferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Nursing, Education, or ManagementNational certification in specialty areaNeuro ICU or critical care leadership experienceWhat You Can ExpectLeadership role in a high-acuity Neuro ICUStrong collaboration with executive and clinical leadershipOpportunity to impact patient outcomes and team performance
