Dialysis Social Worker: Patient & Family Support
U.S. Renal Care
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to provide social services to patients and families in a dialysis setting. The role focuses on psychosocial assessment, counseling, and coordination to promote optimal social functioning and adjustment.
