Automotive Sales Consultant – Sands Chevrolet SurpriseJoin a Winning Team and Get Paid What You're Worth!

Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced career with unlimited earning potential? Sands Chevrolet in Surprise is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team!

No automotive sales experience required — we will train the right candidates. Sales experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs
Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Follow up with prospects and customers
Help create an outstanding buying experience

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
