Accounting & Operations SpecialistWe are hiring an Accounting & Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day financial and purchasing operations of the business.This role sits at the intersection of:AccountingPurchasing & ProcurementBilling & Revenue OperationsInventory & Project Margin TrackingThis is not just bookkeeping.This is the operational engine that powers the business.What You'll OwnAccounting & Financial OperationsOwn QuickBooks OnlineBank and credit card reconciliationsSupport month-end closeTrack revenue, COGS, and marginsSupport AP / ARBilling & Revenue WorkflowEnsure accurate and timely invoicingTrack subscription and recurring billingIdentify missed revenue or billing gapsPurchasing & ProcurementManage vendors and distributors (Dell, Lenovo, Pax8, TD Synnex, etc.)Create and track purchase ordersTrack shipments and backordersInventory & Operational WorkflowMaintain inventory accuracyTrack equipment cost and marginsImprove operational workflowsRequired Experience• 5+ years accounting, bookkeeping, or operations experience• Strong QuickBooks Online experience• AP / AR and reconciliations• Vendor and purchase order experience• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills• Highly detail orientedHighly Preferred (Huge Plus)• MSP, VAR, IT Services, AV, Construction, or Professional Services experience• Understanding of Microsoft licensing, SaaS software agreements, and financial commitments tied to licensing contracts and renewals• Procurement or purchasing operations experience• Subscription or recurring billing experience• CRM tools such as ConnectWise or HubSpotWhat Success Looks LikeWithin 6-12 months, you will:Fully own QuickBooks and financial operationsImprove billing accuracy and speedCreate reliable purchasing workflowsProvide visibility into margins and profitabilityReduce operational workload for leadershipWhy This Role MattersThis role will help build the operational foundation of a rapidly growing technology company.You will have real ownership, real impact, and help shape how
