Medical, dental, vision (company pays 80%) 80 hours PTO and 80 hours sick time 401k match Performance salary increase at 90 days Great company culture Tremendous room for growth Stable company Job Details What You’ll Be Doing: Own full‑cycle weekly payroll in house, from calculating hours and overtime to deductions and adjustments Lead job costing and cost code analysis, ensuring labor costs are allocated accurately across active projects Maintain and manage cost codes Run regular payroll reconciliations to keep everything clean and accurate Handle workers’ compensation and garnishments Bring fresh ideas to improve efficiency and accuracy across payroll and job costing processes Prepare weekly, monthly and annual payroll and job costing reports Work closely with the Controller as a true partner on reporting and accuracy What You Need: 3+ years of hands‑on in‑house payroll processing experience Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
