Start of Care Admissions RN Home Health Field
Mytcp
Mytcp is seeking a Start of Care RN (Admissions Nurse) for a home health field role in Minnesota. The successful candidate will complete Start of Care admissions, perform in-home assessments, and develop care plans tailored to each patient. Key qualifications include an active Minnesota RN license, strong communication skills, and experience with OASIS documentation.
