Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and recommend adjustments to physicians and staff as needed
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans
- Provide therapeutic care for individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders
- Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore function
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
- Willingness to relocate to a rural area
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy and rehabilitation expertise
- Patient assessment and treatment evaluation
- Therapeutic procedure implementation
- Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Knowledge of neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular conditions
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
