Social Media Specialist

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Highland Village, TX, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You manage daily social media execution for Billy Cox. You stay ahead of Billy's schedule so you can capture real-time moments, post quickly, and keep all platforms active.You handle posting, engagement, content planning, reporting, and coordination with the design and video teams across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You support a full-year strategy, weekly planning, and daily delivery. You also help the team when needed. If your core work is complete, you assist with simple tasks that keep production moving. You support events, filming days, and team operations so everything runs smoothly.This role requires flexibility, cooperation, and a strong work ethic. Occasional travel is required, and you must be flexible with hours as needed around events and key dates.Compensation:Base Salary: Starting at $55,000/year, based on experienceCommission: Quarterly performance reviews and bonuses tied to hitting key targetsWe are only looking for professionals who take ownership, are highly motivated, and want to make a real impact.
