Clinical PharmacistOur client, a leading health system in Dodge City, KS, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team at St. Catherine Hospital. This role is essential in providing comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.ResponsibilitiesProvide a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services.Demonstrate sound judgment based on knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards.Coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.Work Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 2-3 days per week depending on need.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.Licensure and Certifications:BLS-CPRActive State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state of employment.Preferred Licensure and Certifications:ACLSKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Services and current practice concepts.Knowledgeable in applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and professional standards.Strong project management, strategic planning, and change management skills.High level of motivation, team orientation, professionalism, and respect for others.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, working 2-3 days per week depending on need.Compensation$52.27 - $75.85/hourBenefitsMedical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans.Life insurance.Paid time off (minimum of 14 paid time off days, including holidays annually for full-time benefit eligible team members).Tuition reimbursement.Retirement plan benefits including 401(k) and 403(b).
