Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience providing school-based psychological services
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaborative problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with assessment tools, IEP processes, and multi-tiered systems of support
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement intervention plans
• Deliver bilingual assessments and communicate evaluation findings and recommendations in both English and Spanish
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and crisis response as needed
• Support positive behavior strategies and mental health initiatives within the school community
