Now hiring Production Worker Location: Sabina, OH Pay Rate: $15.25 – $15.75 per hour 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Every Product Starts with You. Join us as a Production Worker in Sabina and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

What It Takes Entry-level; no experience required. Lift (up to) 50 lbs and stack safely. Ability to stay active and on your feet the entire shift. Dependable. Focused. Team-first.

What You Will Do On the Floor Operate production equipment to manufacture automotive instrument clusters and head-up display components Support molding, material handling, sub-assembly, final assembly, HUD operations, or 5C organizational functions as assigned Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements Perform quality inspections and equipment checks to ensure product standards are met Move materials, totes, or finished goods using dollies, conveyors, or storage systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, OEE, and KPI targets Rotate workstations as needed to support workflow and efficiency
