SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for a PRN NP, PA, APRN, or FNP who brings more than clinical knowledge to the team. We're looking for someone who is personable, approachable, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You don't have to fit a cookie-cutter mold. You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide patient-focused care for individuals seeking hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness services.

You'll provide quality patient care while helping create the kind of experience patients want to come back to. Your day may include:

• Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans within established protocols
• Providing patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Educating patients about their health and treatment options
• Building genuine, trusting relationships with patients
• Explaining medical information in a way patients can actually understand
• Collaborating with the Medical Director, Center Director, and clinic team
• Helping create a welcoming, positive patient experience
• Using electronic systems and technology to efficiently manage patient care
• Jumping in and supporting the team when needed

This is a PRN position supporting our Indianapolis-area clinics. You may float between Greenwood and Carmel. PRN requirements include minimum 2 shifts per month and 3 Saturdays during months with 5 Saturdays. Clinic hours are:

• Monday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM12:00 PM
