Summary The Commission Sales Associate - Mens is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the men's department. This full-time, commission-based role focuses on meeting individual sales goals, building client relationships, and maintaining strong product knowledge. The associate works on the sales floor to create a premium shopping experience and support merchandising activities. Responsibilities Engage customers on the sales floor to understand needs and recommend appropriate merchandise. Achieve individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and visual presentation of the sales floor. Process transactions accurately and follow company procedures for returns and exchanges. Collaborate with team members to support inventory, merchandising, and store events. Requirements 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or specialty retail. Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
