What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
• Work independently while supporting shop operations
• Mentor and assist Shop Technician Level 1 team members
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 35 years of shop or oilfield equipment experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and work orders
• Experience operating shop equipment and forklifts
