We are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized in-home care in Alpharetta, GA, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team.Benefits:Bonus based on performanceCompetitive salaryFlexible scheduleSigning bonusTraining & developmentResponsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.Monitor and record clients' health and vital signs as needed.Administer medications and assist with mobility and transfers.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client conditions.Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.Provide transportation to doctors visits, shopping, social events, and errandsRequirements:Current CNA or PCA certification in the state of Georgia.Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks.Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.We offer flexible hours, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.TB screen and CPR certification are required.About Us:HomeWell Care Services GA311 has been serving the Alpharetta community with exceptional in-home care for over 10 years.
