Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Rotating Weekends & Holidays | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
• Float to other units as required based on census and staffing needs
• Actively support nursing students and contribute to clinical education alongside the provision of patient care
• Complete all required orientation modules, including online CBLs, during the designated orientation period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• AHA BLS certification required (AHA is the only accepted form; all other certifications will not meet compliance requirements)
• NIHSS certification required
• Relias EKG testing must be completed within 72 hours of signing; two attempts are allowed — failure of both or non-completion within the timeframe may result in cancellation
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility's service area to be eligible (no locals accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience with clinical student education or preceptorship is a plus
• Comfort with floating across nursing units in a hospital setting
