Assistant Fitness Manager: Lead, Motivate & Grow Trainers

Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager to support the fitness team, book kickoff events, and drive activation of training programs. You will help manage daily trainer productivity, onboarding, and staff coordination to deliver exceptional member experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, professionalism, and strong communication.
