Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Travelers Rest, SC (Onsite) Pay Rate (target): $74.87/hour (W2) Schedule:Varied weekdays8:30am–7:30pm+every other weekend(holiday rotations possible) Location:Travelers Rest, SC (onsite, patient-facing) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Position Overview We’re hiring aFamily Nurse Practitioner (FNP)for an onsite primary/urgent care clinic setting. In this role, you’ll deliverevidence-based family practice careacross a broad patient population, partnering with a clinical support team to drive strong patient outcomes. This is acontract-to-hireopportunity.(Estimated conversion pay is approximately$66/hour.) What You’ll Do (FNP Scope) Provide family practice care including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up plans Treat common acute illnesses/injuries and support ongoing primary care needs Deliver patient education, preventive care, and wellness counseling Coordinate care and referrals as appropriate; document care accurately Support basic clinic operations as needed (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, maintaining a clean environment) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Required Qualifications Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license/credential in South Carolina(in good standing; no disciplinary actions) BLS certification(AHA or ARC) Prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience (required) Ability to workonsitein apatient-facingenvironment High School Diploma or GED(verifiable) Additional Notes DEA registration may be required during onboarding Schedule includesevery other weekendand possible holiday rotation Interested?
