In this full-time remote position, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their mental health challenges, fostering their growth towards fulfilling lives. As a licensed therapist, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and facilitating therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of clients, guiding them towards evidence-based interventions. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate client goals, preferences, and clinical evidence to facilitate optimal recovery. \n
- Lead and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established therapeutic techniques and adapting to the unique needs of each client. \n
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients. \n
- Educate and empower clients’ families to better understand mental health issues and enhance their role in the recovery process. \n
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline. \n
- Strong foundation in therapeutic practices, with specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling. \n
- Proven understanding of and adherence to evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing effective rapport and trust with clients. \n
- A commitment to professional ethics and compliance with regulatory and best practices in mental health care. \n

- Experience providing teletherapy services, with familiarity in utilizing technology to enhance client interaction and service delivery. \n
- Background in group therapy facilitation, with demonstrated success in leading therapeutic groups to promote client engagement. \n
- Knowledge of crisis management techniques and experience working with clients in acute distress. \n

- Compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications. \n
