CT Team is hiring a Junior Customer Service and Sales Representative to support our face-to-face, outside sales and promotional marketing campaigns. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop professional communication skills, and is interested in learning the fundamentals of sales and customer acquisition.

No previous sales experience is necessary. We provide training and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Be Doing

This is an active, customer-facing position where you'll represent established brands and introduce customers to available products, services, and promotions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging prospective customers through face-to-face conversations.
• Introducing products, services, and promotional offers.
• Answering questions and providing clear information to customers.
• Building rapport and identifying customer interests.
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales initiatives.
• Working toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participating in training and applying feedback to improve customer interactions.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service can be helpful, but it isn't required.

Compensation & Training

• Projected weekly earnings: $600–$1,200, depending on individual performance and the applicable compensation structure.
• First-month guarantee: $600 per week or earned commission, whichever is higher.
• Training: Role-specific training and ongoing coaching are provided.
• Benefits: Employer-sponsored benefits are not currently offered.

New team members receive a first-month earnings guarantee of $600 per week or their earned commission, whichever is higher. After the first month, compensation is determined by commission and individual sales performance.
