Role Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic data, and craft personalized treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with a network of care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialty providers to ensure patients receive well-rounded care.
• Engage in quality initiatives that drive better patient outcomes and operational refinements.
• Maintain an organized approach to patient documentation using electronic medical records (EMRs).

Education Requirements

• Completion of an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program recognized by accreditation bodies.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active medical license to practice in Maryland or eligible to apply.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
