Develop and enhance trading and risk management applications using Python Collaborate with front-office teams to translate trading strategies into software solutions Support and improve existing quantitative models and algorithms Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables Analyze complex trading data to support compliance, surveillance, and risk mitigation efforts What's Needed? 7+ years of software engineering experience with Python Experience supporting front-office trading or risk applications within banking or financial services Strong understanding of quantitative analysis and data modeling Proficiency with REST APIs and full-stack development (React.js preferred) Experience working on trade surveillance, market misconduct, or compliance systems is a plus What's in it for me?
