Sr. Commercial Lines Account Executive

Commercial Lines Account Manager
A local private equity backed brokerage is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to take ownership of a large real estate, construction and healthcare-focused book. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives in a sophisticated, fast-moving environment and excels at managing complex, high-value accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage large-complex real estate, construction and healthcare accounts
- Negotiate and place accounts with captives and carriers
- Comfortably manage large deductible programs and loss sensitive plans
- Familiarity with healthcare facilities
- Manage individual project policies, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure accurate documentation
- Lead detailed contract reviews, including indemnity clauses, liability limitations, scopes of work, and design-build considerations
- Identify coverage gaps and address excessive client/subcontractor requirements
- Run the book end-to-end using EPIC
