We're looking to fill full- and part-time positions. Servers must be at least 14 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.Kona Ice drivers need to have flexible schedules (including weekend availability) with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. If you consistently ask for more hours, step up to fill in for others when needed, and want to make a lot of money then working here is a perfect fit. Working with children is non-negotiable.The Kona Ice Event Specialist - Server oversees and manages the success of events. You will operate a Kona Ice unit (Kona Truck or Kona Mini) and provide a unique experience, spread fun, and create smiles while giving back to our local community. As a Kona Ice Event Specialist - Server, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of brand standards, operate all Kona Ice units, and contribute to the success of Kona Ice of Western Wake.Kona Ice Driver Required Qualifications:14+ years of ageExcellent customer service, communication, and time management skillsOpen availability (includes nights and weekends)Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25lbs and ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)Strong self-initiative and problem solvingReliableKona Ice Event Specialist - Server Responsibilities:Deliver a unique experience with excellent customer serviceOperate Kona Ice equipmentMaintain trucks and equipment to Kona Ice brand standardsComply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelinesKnow event procedures, warehouse expectations, and product deliveryResponsible for Kona Ice unit preparation, event setup/take down, closing procedures (including inventory and cash count)Take orders, process payment, and ensure transactions are complete and to customer satisfactionMaintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with other team membersMust be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentationCommunicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staffOther duties as assignedBenefits:TipsFlexible scheduleFUN environmentAdvancement opportunities Kona Ice
