As part of our continued growth, one of our Core Partner agencies is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer/Sales Executive to drive new business, build lasting client partnerships, and grow a profitable book of business.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, network, and develop new Employee Benefits business
• Build and grow a profitable book of business
• Design customized benefits strategies including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary coverages
• Advise clients on cost management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
• Lead opportunities from outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Partner internally to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals

What You Bring

• Active Life & Health license required
• Employee Benefits sales or business development experience
• Knowledge of group benefits and compliance requirements
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
