Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations. Did you know that: Our R&D has a strong knowledge base, in fact 1/3 of our Chemist team has over 15 years of experience INX has cutting-edge innovation and technology You will work on a collaborative team culture and an autonomous work environment As an R&D Chemist you will be responsible for: Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies as well as customer challenges Developing new inkjet technologies based on customer needs Evaluating raw materials and optimize formulations for cost-savings opportunities Providing technical support to manufacturing Publishing project reports & other documents direct to sales & customers Maintaining laboratory equipment Qualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a Bachelors degree in Chemistry or equivalent Have 5+ years of inkjet ink formulation experience Knowledge of inkjet printing processes Demonstrate strong Math and Science skills Be Proficient with record-keeping Have good and effective written, reading comprehension and verbal skills Be able to interpret data and draw effective conclusions In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have: Dispersion development experience SAP experience Knowledge & experience with UV curing processes and formulations Additional Information We offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, 401(k), and more.
