Senior Manufacturing Technician: Protein and Antibody Product Finishing

Senior Manufacturing Technician position focused on filling, capping, and labeling antibody and protein vials in a GMP environment. The role involves aseptic processing, automation operation, quality inspection, and regulatory compliance in a cleanroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplies, fill vials with antibodies and proteins using aseptic technique, cap and label products
• Operate and troubleshoot automation equipment including cap torqueing and labeling systems
• Inspect finished vials for defects and perform pipette calibration
• Complete inventory entries, assist with annual counting, and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform lyophilization process and support new production introductions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years GMP environment experience with Associate's degree, or 6+ years with high school diploma
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment, vial torqueing, and labeling automation
• Proficiency in calculations, computer systems, Excel, and math
• Ability to work in cleanroom, perform pipetting for extended periods, and meet accuracy standards
• Professional communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation: $24.40 - $33.55 hourly
