OVERVIEW

Operate and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment while ensuring product quality and accurate GMP documentation.

Operator 2, Machine Compensation

• $18.45 per hour (includes shift differential)
• Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates)

Operator 2, Machine Highlights

• Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Training requirement: Must be able to work 1st shift approx. 6 weeks during training (Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM )
• Onboarding requirement: 1 week (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ) — mandatory attendance
• In-person interviews required
• Safety shoes required
• Must be able to work flexible/extended hours and overtime as needed

Operator 2, Machine Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, perform minor routine maintenance/PM, and troubleshoot moderately complex/automated manufacturing equipment
• Control and adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality
• Inspect in-process parts; remove defective product/material
• Use gauges, jigs, and fixtures to check work and measure tolerances
• Document quality, safety, and maintenance information accurately
• Identify basic machine-performance and product-quality issues and help resolve them
• Assist with root-cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions
• Perform routine production functions such as filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), housekeeping policies, and all safety policies/procedures

Operator 2, Machine Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience (regulated environment)
• Ability to work in a team setting and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize deviations from specifications
• Punctual and dependable attendance (including required training/onboarding schedule)
• Proficient in English (read/write); able to perform basic arithmetic and follow charts/diagrams
• Basic PC skills and comfort using a Windows environment
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Operator 2, Machine Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated production equipment and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with GMP documentation and quality-controlled environments
• Experience supporting or participating in root-cause/corrective action activities
