Schedules Available:

  • 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Job Duties
  • Assemble forklift trucks and related components according to production specifications
  • Install and inspect parts, including drive axles, side shifters, lights, seats, fluid compartments, and accessories
  • Verify completed assemblies meet quality standards
  • Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • 6 months to 1 year of prior manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to use hand tools and follow assembly instructions
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work and following safety procedures
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do


As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

A Assembler contributes to manufacturing by assembling products safely, accurately, and efficiently using established assembly procedures. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work.
