Location: Outpatient clinic and stress test supervision at Massena Hospital, 1 Hospital Drive, Massena, NY; hospital consults at Canton Potsdam Hospital, 50 Leroy Street, Potsdam, NY

Start Date: 09/14/2026

End Date: 03/15/2027

Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Licensure/Certifications: NY License, Board Certified in Cardiology, AHA or RQI certification, Epic experience required

Experience: 5+ years preferred, experience reading cardiac imaging preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $281.58

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient cardiology care approximately 3 days per week, managing diverse patient needs
• Supervise stress tests, including nuclear stress tests (reading NUCs is preferred but not required)
• Perform inpatient consults and support hospital-based stress lab work
• Participate in hospital consult rotations across two facilities
• Assist with on-call duties from 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM as needed
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Support the cardiac imaging program and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What You Need Required

• NY Medical License in Hand
• Board Certified in Cardiology
• AHA or RQI Certification
• Epic EMR experience
• Up-to-date work history, no gaps exceeding 30 days
• Malpractice history disclosure if applicable

Preferred

• 5+ years of cardiology experience
• Experience reading cardiac nuclear stress tests
• Ability to work independently in a solo practice setting
• Flexibility to consider 2-week on/off schedules if needed
