WhatWe'reLookingForAtHNTB,youcancreateacareerthatismeaningfultoyouwhilebuildingcommunitiesthatmattertoallofus.Formorethanacentury,wehavebeendeliveringsolutionsforsomeofthelargest,mostcomplexinfrastructureprojectsacrossthecountry.Withourhistoricgrowth,itisanexcitingtimetojoinourteamofemployee-owners.ThisopportunityentailsbeingresponsibleforservingasthelocationleaderforthePlano,TexaslocationwithintheNorthTexas–ArkansasOffice.ThelocationleaderreportstotheNorthTexas–ArkansasOfficeLeaderandservesontheOfficeManagementTeam.ThelocationleaderisresponsibleforoversightofthePlano,Texasgeographiclocation,aswellasHNTB’sCollinCountyandthenorthernareasoftheDallas‑Fort Worth(DFW)Metroplexoperations,includingmarketandbusinessdevelopment;qualityandtechnicaldelivery;client,civicandcommunityrelationships;governmentrelations;andleadershipandstaffcoordinationsoastooperatewithintheestablishedgoalsandbudgetsfortheNorthTexas–ArkansasOffice. ThelocationleaderisalsoresponsibleforleadingthedevelopmentandexecutionofnorthernDFWMetroplex-focusedclientprograms,pursuitsandprojectswhilebuildingandmaintainingeffectiveandmeaningfulclientrelationships.Thelocationleaderwillprovideguidance,collaborationandoversightofthestrategicdirection(includingthedevelopmentofthestrategicplan),prioritiesandeffectivenessofthenorthernDFWMetroplex-focusedHNTBClientServiceTeamsincludingtheTexasDepartmentofTransportation,theNorthTexasTollwayAuthority(NTTA),DentonCountyTransportationAuthority(DCTA)andcityandcountymunicipalclients. WhatYou'llDo: Overseesmarketandbusinessdevelopment;clientandgovernmentrelations;brandbuildingandindustry,civic,universityandcommunityengagement;sourcing,recruitingandretentionofstaff;anddevelopmentofstaffandculturewithintheoffice.Servesasthelocal"face"andkeypointofcontactforHNTBleadershipinthegeographiclocation.Servesasprimarydriverofgrowthandvisionforthegeographiclocation–ownershipoverlocation’sbrand,sales,revenue,FTEs,industry/clients/civic/university/communityengagement,GR,strategicplanningandimplementation.Agnosticontechnicaldiscipline;focusesongrowingalldisciplinesthatprovidestronggrowthopportunitiesforthelocation.Engagesandperformsoversightormanagementofclientprograms,pursuitsandprojectmanagementactivities(clientaudits/debriefs;projectscope,schedule,budgetandqualitymanagementanddelivery;clientprogramandpursuitdiscoveryandstrategy)forHNTBMegaandSuperMegapursuitsandprojects.Mayserveasprojectmanagerorpursuitchampion.Coordinatesstrategyandinitiativesinthemarket,includingcoordinatingbestpracticesandleadingClientServiceClientServiceTeamsrelevanttothelocation.Sources,recruitsandretainstalentincoordinationandpartnershipwithofficedisciplineleaders.Coaches,mentorsandadvocatesforalllocationstaff.HelpsfacilitatelocationworkshareneedsincoordinationwithGroupDirectors,DepartmentManagersandSectionManagers.Assures4for4deliveryandbudgetperformanceforthelocationincoordinationandpartnershipwithdisciplineleaders.Assistswiththedevelopmentandimplementationoftheofficegroup’sstrategicplan,aswellastheofficeoperatingbudget.Performsotherdutiesasassigned.
