Process Engineering Manager
Ensure the technical competency of engineers and operation personnel
Guide and mentor engineers to accelerate technical development
Drive process improvement and efficiency for the process units
Ensure adequate technical support for the development and review of equipment specifications, engineering calculations, relief device design and calculations, flare header design and sizing
Support MOC, PSM, LOPA, IPL, SIS requirements
Participate in EHS initiatives and participate in company-required training programs
Qualifications:
Requirements:
BS or MS in Chemical Engineering
10+ years of experience with 5+ years of technical leadership
Expertise with Olefins, Ethylene Oxide, or Ethylene Oxide derivatives
Experience with ASPEN, or other modeling programs
Working knowledge of DCS/PLC control applications
Experience with Utilities/Infrastructure would be a plus
EPC experience would be a plus
Good organizational skills and project management experience

Implement improvements to existing plant processes with respect to yield improvement, raw material reduction, increased throughput, process reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and process safety. Manage a team of Process and Process Control Engineers and provide assistance and mentorship to the unit Engineers.
