Class A CDL Drivers X Endorsement $85K-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. Training is offered if you do not already have cryogenic experience. You do not have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat endorsement at the time of application to qualify. First‑year pay ranges from $85‑$106 K, with drivers starting at $300.30/Day. Pay increases by $3/Day every six months until a cap of $324/Day is reached. If you train new hires in cryogenics, you will earn an additional $100/Day. Training is a shadow‑training program: you will run your truck while your trainer runs theirs, so you do not share a cab or double‑bunk. Drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1,000 bonus upon completion of training. Each driver is assigned a 579 Petes automatic truck; there is no slip‑seating. Full benefits begin after 60 days and are among the best in the industry, including one week of vacation within the first year, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with matching. Drivers will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Opting out of any region is not allowed. When it is time to take your 7‑day break, the company will pay for your flight to and from home. Drivers who are within 200 miles of home may drive home. Drivers are out 21 days, home up to a maximum of 7 days, and may stay home for less than 7 days or stay out longer than 21 days, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless vacation time is used. If you are unwilling to fly home, we will not be able to hire you. If you have any felonies, you are ineligible for hire. If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion), you are not eligible. Requirements At least one year of OTR or regional driving experience in the past three years.
