Pay and Scheduling Breakdown
- Mileage Pay: Start at $0.55 per mile plus DPP,
- Average Weekly Gross: $1,300 to $1,800 depending on productivity.
- New Driver Guarantee: Guaranteed pay is provided for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch.
- Weekly Miles: Drivers typically run 1,900 to 2,200 miles per week.
Freight & Equipment
- Drop and hook, live load, live unload, and preload freight, with unload pay included.
- Stop pay of $15 per stop on top of your regular earnings.
Benefits
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.

- Orientation pay of $300 included on your first paycheck, plus covered travel expenses to orientation.
Qualifications
- New CDL-A holders welcome: paid training includes 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay of $800, and immediate transition to solo pay after completion.
- Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
- Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
- Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing; military experience considered with a valid DD214.
