Lead CMBS Surveillance & Credit Ratings Analyst

Morningstar DBRS in Chicago seeks an Analyst for its CMBS surveillance group. You will rate and monitor bonds secured by commercial real estate loans, lead surveillance reviews, and prepare rating committee packages. The role requires 1–2 years CRE experience, strong Excel and writing skills, and the ability to present to voters. Some travel (5–10%) is expected.
