This role sits at the heart of the developer journey, shaping how engineers discover, adopt, and get value from a modern developer platform.
You will design and build onboarding experiences that help users move from signup to first production-ready feature in minutes rather than days.
The focus is on product-led growth, experimentation, and measurable impact across activation and conversion metrics.
You will work at the intersection of full-stack engineering and AI-native product development, including agent-driven workflows.
The environment is fast-moving, experimental, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on iteration and real-world usage signals.

Accountabilities:

• Drive end-to-end feature development from problem definition through design, implementation, instrumentation, experimentation, and rollout, ensuring every initiative is tied to measurable product-led growth outcomes.
• Build and evolve AI-first onboarding experiences, including agent-based workflows that integrate into developer environments and modern tooling ecosystems.
• Design and implement full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and backend services in Go or Node, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Instrument and analyze funnel performance across signup, activation, and conversion stages, using experimentation and A/B testing to optimize outcomes.
• Ship and maintain MCP server capabilities and agent integrations that extend product functionality into developer workflows and environments.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to translate insights into shippable experiments and continuously improve developer experience.
• Apply a strong experimentation mindset, leveraging feature flags and iterative delivery to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with ownership of features from ideation to production deployment in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with working knowledge of backend development using Go or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features in production, including agent frameworks, MCP servers, or LLM tool-use systems.
• Proven ability to improve product-led growth metrics through experimentation, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing principles, including hypothesis design, instrumentation, and statistical interpretation of results.
• Experience working with product and design partners in collaborative, fast-paced environments with frequent iteration cycles.
• Strong intuition for developer experience, especially around onboarding flows and reducing friction in technical products.
• Genuine interest in AI-native product development and how agent-based systems can reshape developer tools and workflows.
