Position Summary:

The Multi-site Production Specialist will provide expert knowledge, skill and experience with live audio. This position is responsible for running and training on Fellowship’s campus locations. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, show initiative, and be able to work in a fast-paced flexible environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Run audio on weekend services at various campuses
• Set up and run mid-week ministry events
• Have a basic knowledge of lighting and video
• Train and develop volunteers across all venues and campuses
• Assist with Production Technology Team projects including installations and remodels at all campuses
• Assist with gear maintenance on all campuses
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Education and Experience:

• Extensive live audio experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Willingness to learn
• Proficient in ProPresenter and Ableton Live
• Initiates well on their own
• Is hardworking and is willing to check things off the list
• Able to balance multiple tasks
• Serves and interacts well with volunteers
• Operates well in a team environment
