Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Reports to: Sr. Manager, Brand Activation Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt Location: Orlando, FL Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns by assisting with planning, implementation, analysis, and cross‑functional coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with overall business objectives. Responsibilities Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer behavior; summarize insights to inform marketing strategy Coordinate direct mail production by receiving finalized artwork from the Marketing Manager and Creative team, uploading assets to print vendor platforms, and ensuring accurate, timely distribution Maintain inventory of marketing and sales materials, ensuring all assets are current, compliant, and readily available; coordinate updates and new material development as needed Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop and produce marketing collateral and promotional assets Assist in developing product marketing copy, email content, and social media posts aligned with brand voice and campaign goals Support the planning and execution of product launches, community events, and sponsorship activations Track, compile, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization Provide day‑to‑day support for marketing initiatives, projects, and administrative tasks as needed Build, schedule, and optimize automated email campaigns using CRM tools, including audience segmentation, testing, and performance tracking to drive engagement and ensure brand consistency Coordinate the procurement, tracking, and distribution of gift cards for monthly incentives, ensuring accurate fulfillment, record‑keeping, and a smooth recipient experience Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (telecommunications experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems, or analytics tools is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the organization at events and engage with internal and external stakeholders Must be able to pass MVR, background, and drug screenings Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
