You’ll work on some of the most exciting projects in the live events industry. These high-profile, fast-paced projects call for strong leadership, sharp instincts, and real-time decision making, creating an ideal environment to grow through problem solving, collaboration, and mentorship.**What You Will Do*** Work with the Design Director(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production* Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions* Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production* Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives* Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings* Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination* Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs**Your Qualifications*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university required* 0-5 years of related project experience, including demonstrated success and/or interest working on sports projects* Proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software* Beginning knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements* Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development* Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly* A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment* Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skillsThis role is not remote, we look forward to working with our new Designer team member in our Washington, D.C., office.*\*The estimated base salary range for this position in the Washington, D.C. is $69,000- $82,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation is contingent on location and relevant skills, qualifications and experience.
