Forklift Technician

Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in material handling equipment. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for three primary duties: repair equipment, complete all documentation, and build excellent relationships with customers. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Responsibilities · Diagnose and repair industrial forklifts and other material handling equipment such as engines, motors, hydraulics, and electronic controls. · Dismantle machinery/equipment to diagnose the issue and accurately determine repair needed · Lookup required parts (OEM) · Reassemble machinery/equipment after completed repair and test · Document results electronically in a timely manner Experience · Strong Teamwork desire & capabilities · Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Solid computer and application skills with attention to data entry and completed staff work · Multitasking and time management skills · Strong analytical skills · Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. or more and/or crouch and crawl in confined area · Willingness to learn new technologies Mechanical knowledge: 3-5 years Join our team as a Service Technician and contribute your expertise to provide outstanding service while growing your career in a dynamic environment!
