You will ensure that we are able to accomplish our growth plans by having new vehicles onsite and ready for new staff as they come onboard. You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties. You will maintain a safe and accountable workplace.ResponsibilitiesStrong understanding of Service Titan for inventory managementNegotiate vendor pricingBuyback program for excess inventory, as neededMaintain process for accountability of techs for truck inventoryMaintain the truck stocking/bin layout mappingOptimize parts request processAsset tracking (tools and vehicles) – tying to depreciation scheduleMaintain up to date material pricing in Service TitanMaintain the vehicle procurement and disposal processUse knowledge of supply house product offering, best price, strengths and locations to maximize efficiency and save the company moneyMeet individual goals and KPI'sMaintain annual budget, control expenses and meet or exceed planMeet performance requirements to ensure that accuracy and safety goals are metParticipate in weekly 1 v 1 meetingsParticipate in 100-day plans, including follow up during weekly 1 v 1PurchasingMaintain material return processMaintain warranty return processMaintain process to return excess materials from jobsMaintain purchase order process and material receiving processAssist in product and material research for techniciansManage next day installs and installs in general, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillmentFleet/Truck StockMaintain truck inventory cycle count and full count processMaintain new truck inventory set up processMaintain truck replenishment processManage staff fielding calls from tech/install crews on materials needed for jobs.
