EXPERIENCED LPN Pediatric Home Care - Urgent Cases | Davenport, FL

Family First HomeCare is hiring compassionate RNs for urgent pediatric home care cases throughout the Davenport area, including Haines City, Kissimmee, Plant City, Lake Wales, and surrounding communities. Day, night, weekend, and school-based opportunities available.

HIGH ACUITY (TRACH / VENT / COMPLEX CARE)

Davenport

• URGENT: Sat & Sun Days (6A-6P) | School-age patient | G-tube + Trach
• URGENT: Mon & Fri Nights (7P-7A) | Infant | G-tube

Haines City / Lake Wales

• URGENT: Sunday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Effective 7/28: Wednesday-Saturday | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
  | Adolescent | G-tube + Trach + Vent | Medication Management
• URGENT - Effective August: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-2:00 PM (30 hrs/week) | School-Based Case | Preschool-age patient | Cardiac care experience preferred | Nurse accompanies patient during the school day. Hiring immediately to allow time for required school clearances before the school year begins.

Lake Wales

• Day & Night Shifts Available | Infant | BiPAP + G-tube

MODERATE ACUITY (G-TUBE / OXYGEN / SEIZURES / MOBILITY)

Plant City

• URGENT: Weekend Days & Nights | Infant | G-tube + Aspiration Precautions

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• Pediatric or home care experience preferred
• Trach/Vent experience required for high-acuity cases
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
