Job Details Position: Travel Homecare RN / Home Health Registered Nurse Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Setting: Home Health Location: Austintown, OH Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM On-Call Requirement: 2-3 times per week, plus every other weekend Coverage Area: Serves patients across Mahoning, Columbiana, and Trumbull counties, with coverage in parts of Portage County Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 Education Requirement: Associate degree minimum Job Requirements Active RN license required At least 1 year of nursing experience required; home health experience preferred Experience with direct patient care, clinical charting , and documentation Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field Comfort with on-call nursing responsibilities and weekend coverage Homecare Homebase charting experience preferred Current clinical skills and documentation practices up to date Professional appearance with navy blue or black scrubs Responsibilities Provide direct home health patient care in the home setting Complete accurate and timely charting/documentation in the patient record Maintain productivity expectations while supporting quality care and positive outcomes Participate in on-call coverage and every other weekend rotation Communicate frequently and effectively with clinicians, case managers, and office staff Attend weekly case conferences and team meetings Travel between patient visits within the assigned coverage area in Northeast Ohio Support individualized care plans and promote strong patient outcomes Apply now to join this travel home health RN job in Austintown, Ohio and make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
