Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | MondayFriday with possible rotating weekend coverage | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a multi-setting therapy role (inpatient, outpatient, and home health)
• Ability to adapt to varying patient populations and clinical environments
